I'm Jane Rawlings and have been a successful full-time Realtor since 1995. I graduated from Hondros College , Columbus , OH in May of 1995. I took the Ohio Real Estate Exam in June of 1995 after passing the exam I joined Century 21 Gibson Turner & Assoc. as they were opening their new office. My career and that office took off like a space shuttle. I joined the National Association of Realtors , Ohio Association of Realtors, our local ASOREB and our local Cambridge Board of Realtors. In my career I have received many Awards such as, OAR Presidential Sales Club $1 million in sales for at least 7 of those years and I have received the $2 Million award from Century 21 corporate for at least 4 of those years. I have received the Ruby Award and the Emerald Award, myself and our office has received the Quality Service Award almost every year. I love helping people find their dreams. My friends and clients often tell me I have found my niche. I attend at least 15 hours of education every year to stay up on the current market trends.
The backbone to my business is my family. I have been married to my wonderful husband Mike for 33 years. We live in Senecaville , OH on 19 acres and we love it! I have two beautiful daughters. Stephanie Rawlings of Clintonville , OH . Stephanie graduated from Meadowbrook High in 1995 and from Denison University in 1999 and from Ohio State Law School in 2003. She is currently law Clerk to the Honorable Judge George C. Smith in the Federal Court. She will marry Adam Roberts in September. My youngest daughter is Angela Rawlings-Jones graduated from Meadowbrook High School in 1998 and attended Clarion University . She transferred to Muskingum College and graduated with a Bachelor's in family studies in 2004, she resides in Zanesville with her husband Brandon and the joy of my life Brayden (grandson). Brayden is 9 months old and the love of my life. I just can't get enough of him.
